Negative: The men's dressing rooms could be a bit bigger.
Positive: I also like the fact that there is a spinning marathon again. (Great hours from Andrea and Pascal) and the good training sessions from Monika!

I give Chris an extra star. But unfortunately I have to deduct one star because you grant women private access to the sauna 5 times more often than men. I find that discriminatory. I'm not allowed to go to the spa on my day off on Monday. Otherwise great.

+ good facilities (equipment/courses, etc.) /
+ large number of free parking spaces /
+ quite good price/performance ratio /

- women are clearly preferred in the sauna plan / men are disadvantaged with the same price for both sexes. A no go in the age of equality

Dario and his team are absolutely experienced professionals. They take a lot of time and explain with patience+calm. I found the introduction very thorough and especially individual. It is well looked and checked that the exercises are performed correctly. This gives me a good, safe feeling. The bright and airy training room with a view of the outdoors, I like very much. Recommendation
A practical fitness center with good value for money. However, it lacks small things like sweat-stinky air in the room as in the saunas. Obviously it is not ventilated. The climate is only in the team training room and not in the hall.
The sauna area is fully uncool, old-fashioned without relaxing music, with terrible plastic damfbad and sweaty benches.
I come here only because it is on my way to work.

Super great, well equipped daycare with super lovely coaches in Widnau and Altstätten. All fitness coaches are very helpful (Aleksa, Claudia, soo lovely 😍) . Also the course instructors are top (Manuela is hammer), the group curricula in Widnau and Altstätten are super fun 💪 The sauna in Altstätten is included, as a reward after the sport. Great price / performance. Highly recommended 🥰
