During the Lean Office Tour, I gained great benefits in terms of optimizing my own DO'ing. I realized that I should consistently question processes and structures and simply reorganize many things and let go of old structures. Clarity and transparency allow me to focus on the essentials and increase our performance.

It is really impressive how the two of them live the lean office themselves. On the one hand, they create practical relevance and, on the other hand, they have the courage to try out new things and develop them further if they bring benefits. On the other hand, they consistently break things off. The new Office is really impressive when it comes to simplifying everyday life. With a great deal of joy and in an absolutely authentic way, you learn the meaning and motivation behind the individual procedures and simplifications in the office environment. The Office Tour is a "MUST" if you are embarking on a lean journey in an administrative environment and want to simplify your everyday office life. The office tour was very inspiring. There was a short but intensive introduction to the topic of "Lean/Kaizen", in which questions and the respective backgrounds of the participants were also addressed.
We then went on a tour of the office. There were numerous practical tips, suggestions and ideas. The great thing is that most of them are very easy and quick to implement. At the same time, it's not just the tools that are presented, but after a short time you also start to think in terms of this "philosophy" and develop your own ideas.
The whole thing is rounded off by warm and almost friendly support at all times.

There was a very good basis of trust right from the start and you felt you were in good hands. You were picked up where you stood. Questions were seen as an incentive to go even deeper into the topic. The relaxed atmosphere made the exchange between trainer and participant very easy. A company that is a pleasure to work with.
