Mrs. Claudia Detter, took repeatedly and always time to accept all our questions and uncertainties regarding the booked cruise and the Corona measures especially the embarkation and the itinerary and immediately clarify perfectly to our satisfaction.
Such a personal service could not provide our own Internet booking of the same trip. The travel agency Claudia Detter can only be recommended. With kind regards Karsten and Marianne Uhlig

We have been booking with Claudia Detter's travel agency for quite some time. The advice especially from Ms. Simone Grueber was always exhaustive and more than satisfactory. Very courteous even when we had to change and re-book several times. Noticeable is the experience of all employees in the consultations - and also the patience!!!
