I can recommend Mr. Ströhlein without exception. Starting with the fact that Mr. Ströhlein has a very extensive expertise, all questions were also always answered by Mr. Ströhlein promptly and to my complete satisfaction. It was certainly not easy to work for a community of heirs with not always the same ideas. But Mr. Ströhlein represented the interests of all with his extremely patient and nice and diplomatic manner and sold the property at the best price. Thank you very much for letting me have this experience. I would not hesitate for a minute in the future to hire Mr. Ströhlein again.

Mr. Ströhlein / remax has proven to be a very good moderator between all parties on this property. There was open communication at all times, but concerns were also addressed. Feedback on open issues / questions was given at any time in less than 12 hours.

Additionally required documents were organized/procured at any time without "much grumbling".

Mr. Ströhlein sold our property within 6 weeks.Mr. Ströhlein and Mr. Hertel have a very friendly demeanor, are very accurate, create an excellently researched exposé, with professionally photographed pictures and 3D inspection. They know the market exactly and achieve a realistic price. We feel 100% very well advised.

During the active brokerage phase, we received daily updates by mail and/or phone about the viewings that were done and reactions of the prospective buyers. They took care of and answered all the questions we had but also the prospective buyers/buyers.

Mr. Ströhlein and Mr. Hertel accompanied us and the buyers until the notary appointment, were present there and took care of everything else up to the keys and reading the meter readings.


Mr. Ströhlein and Mr. Hertel are to be recommended 100%.

Ich wurde über den gesamten Ablauf von Herrn Sören Ströhlein betreut.
Von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung wurde ich optimal unterstützt: Beratung, Hilfe bei den zuständigen Ämtern, Suche nach passenden Handwerkern, Unterstützung bei auftretenden Fragen während der Umbauphase etc. und letztendlich die sehr schnelle und zufriedenstellende Vermietung. Auch die hierfür erforderlichen Arbeiten wie Übergabe der Wohnung, Meldung an die Hausverwaltung usw. wurden freundlicherweise angeboten und übernommen.
Für mich als Kunde hat sich Herr Ströhlein durch seine Kompetenz, sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich, qualifiziert und mich überzeugt. Somit konnte ich die stressigen Monate entspannt sehr gut abschließen. Der Kostenaufwand hat sich für die erbrachte Leistung mehr als gelohnt.
Ich möchte mich nochmals ausdrücklich bei Herrn Ströhlein bedanken und werde bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder bei RE/MAX Kunde sein.
