The object we were interested in was offered through René Felzmann Immobilien. The presentation in the respective real estate portal immediately appealed to us. René Felzmann Immobilien offers a 360° property tour that gives an excellent first impression. The exposé provided about the property in question was informative and also very appealing. At the viewing appointment of the property, the impression gained up to that point was confirmed. We decided to buy the property based on the information provided and the viewing appointment.

Due to the very good impression of the company René Felzmann Immobilien, we then commissioned Mr. Felzmann with the sale of our existing property. Mr. Felzmann inspected and evaluated our property. The sales price determined at the end by René Felzmann was realistically set. We were able to sell the property within a few days even above the originally set price.

Mr. Felzmann is the broker we trust! We became aware of him via his homepage. After a very pleasant first conversation, we commissioned Mr. Felzmann with the sale of our 3-family house without much time to think about it. Although considerable obstacles were put in our way afterwards by tenants who were still present, Mr. Felzmann was able to solve every situation in a sovereign manner. We would particularly like to emphasize his commitment before a viewing appointment. We were out of town at the time and Mr. Felzmann mowed the lawn the night before as a matter of course! A great service! Appointments were always kept and he quickly found the perfect buyers for our house. Even after the complete transaction, Mr. Felzmann is always available for information. Our conclusion: Mr. Felzmann is the broker we trust, recommendation 100%.
