I'll try it in bullet points:

-You don't feel like you've been processed, like in mass production.
-you are perceived and treated as a human being
-Wishes and ideas are taken into consideration
-all questions are answered in a reasonable time
-meetings/appointments were always relaxed and pleasant
-Appointments were always feasible in a timely manner, especially via video call, one has always saved the travel time and was still well advised.

We would always turn to Revesta with other fishing matters.
