At the first visit, although not registered, the employee Mr. Beyer immediately took care of us very competently and enabled a viewing of two vehicles.
At the second visit we were already expected by Mr. Beyer, the vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive, the subsequent contract documentation with appropriate advice was done by Mr. Beyer to our complete satisfaction.

The vehicle is an accident car. In the advertisement nothing was mentioned about it. Furthermore, the inspection is due, the brake pads completely worn and the vehicle is not maintained checkbook although specified. Price-wise the adviser did not want to accommodate although still at least 1,500€ are to be invested. Never again Autohaus 24

We were very dissatisfied with the dealership. A previously agreed appointment for a test drive was not kept. Due to weather conditions, the drive was canceled on site. The car was ultimately without winter tires anyway- so that could have been expected in January. The scratches on the car were not indicated beforehand and the inspection light flashed up immediately. On the stated costs thus came 1,500 € on top. We would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

We certainly regret the fact that it is not possible to equip all vehicles with winter wheels, but it is better for all parties involved to cancel a test drive and look for an alternative date than to accept personal injury, especially with regard to insurance coverage.
The technical condition can always be adjusted according to your wishes for an additional charge and this is in most cases very well accepted by the customers, because not all-inclusive the dream car is offered more expensive.
You are welcome to continue to involve us in your vehicle search, because here we can also provide you with excellent information about all details through the vehicles examined in advance.
I do not buy the vehicle just because of the seller... everything completely negative... that everything takes a long time despite the fact that we wanted to pay cash was not negotiable.... unfortunately we bought another today.

Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und beraten.
Der Herr Han war steht‘s höflich und zuvorkommend.
Er hat uns sehr gut Beraten und hatte die ganze Zeit ein offenes Ohr für unsere Belange.
Herr Almeida ist ein sehr kompetenter Verkaufsberater. Er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns alles sehr gut und ausführlich erklärt. Herr Almeida lässt seine Kunden spüren, dass er seinen Beruf sehr gerne ausübt. Wir füllten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und kommen gerne wieder.
Herr Han war der Verkaufsberater. Dieser war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider kam kein Kauf zustande (aufgrund meiner eigenen Dummheit während der Coronasituation als Ungeimpfter bei einer 2G-Regelung eine Beratung/Verkauf zu erwarten). Sonst hätte ich den Pkw bestimmt gekauft.
Ich kann dieses Autohaus nur empfehlen. Ich habe lange nach dem passenden Auto gesucht und nun mein Lieblingsauto im Autohaus 24 in Egelsbach gefunden. Der Kundenservice und die Verkäufer bzw. Berater sind super kompetent - zumindest kann ich dies über meinen Berater behaupten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und arbeiten kundenorientiert. Ich gebe einen Daumen hoch!
