My external hard drive was suddenly no longer recognized and I was horrified to discover that I had no backup for it. After a free preliminary diagnosis, I decided to have a data recovery performed at Riedel IT. In the meantime I am very happy to have taken this step. My data is almost complete again - and thanks to Riedel IT, I now have a backup as well. Conclusion: Gladly again!
