I came to Mr. Haleck 2 years ago on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Since I had been disappointed several times by my previous representatives (everything was great when I signed the contract, but when I needed them it was often difficult...) I did not have high expectations. I have rarely experienced such an open, sympathetic and competent insurance agent as Mr. Haleck.

Even if an insurance claim has - fortunately - not yet occurred: Robert Haleck and his staff provide comprehensive and remarkably friendly advice. I was particularly impressed by the agency's commitment to realizing an insurance start date that was advantageous for me. And not to forget the pleasant atmosphere in the premises in Kreuzberg. I rarely give five out of five stars - but in this case, very much so.

I have known Mr. Haleck since the end of the 80s, and during this time I took out my private health insurance with him. Together with his team, he has supported and advised me various times in adapting my products to my personal, professional, financial and age-related circumstances. With every change, I had the feeling and the security that I had made the right decision. I also like that he or a team member inquires promptly to see if the decision was correct and that I am still satisfied with the changes.
If I have questions that cannot be answered immediately, they get back in touch with me in a timely manner. Problems that cannot be solved immediately are addressed in a sustainable manner.
In summary, I can say that I would not have remained a customer of Mr. Haleck for almost 30 years if I were not very satisfied with the care and services.

Welcomed in the office in a friendly manner, I was able to describe my many concerns in a roundabout way. Mr. Haleck contacted me because he wanted to draw my attention to a change in the contract that was not consistently positive for me and that I had initiated myself. He showed me alternatives which - as far as I can tell - were beneficial to me, but not to him. I consider this to be "Bestandspfleg" in the best sense of the word.

Good DKV agent who "proactively" addresses the upcoming DKV premium increase on his own and also immediately prepares alternatives for me. This agency is always available and highly competent in their statements.

Thank you so much for explaining the benefits of Deutsche Krankenversicherung to me so well. Now I am sure for my present and future contributions in old age that I have made the right decision.
