Irene and Roman are a great team!
When I registered for a personal trainer on a portal 6 months ago, I received a call from Roman straight away. Since then, Irene and Roman have accompanied me in all life situations that are part of the journey. I have learned a lot and there were no questions that they could not answer. I learned a lot about healthy eating and how to incorporate sport into everyday life. Irene gave me lots of tips on how to replace bad eating habits with good ones. In the 6 months I lost 11 kilos and I also got rid of my back pain.
I am very happy about the coaching and grateful to have met Irene and Roman.

In search of an optimal concept that individually fits my health, my fitness level and my everyday life as a mother of four, I read a very interesting preface on the website of rocket2health.de.
I was 38 years old at the time and my metabolism was doing "what it wanted", a stupid disease was spreading. I felt increasingly tired, exhausted and powerless. In addition, my appetite increased constantly, I was "never" full. As a result, among other things, I became quickly irritable and my performance decreased noticeably and I gained weight. Dissatisfaction on all levels of the quality of life spread.
I researched, read different literature and realized that just knowing a lot of things does not bring success. Holism was needed. During my research I became aware of rocket2health and with great interest I familiarized myself bit by bit with the concept of Irene and Roman. The following sentence had a lasting effect on me: "As experts for healthy habits, we look at health holistically and clearly focus on habits and the right mindset".
After contacting us by mail, I received a call back from Roman (health, and fitness coach) after only about 4 hours. The conversation was very friendly, precise and open.
In the introduction video conference, I was informed in detail, without time pressure about the concept of Irene & Roman.
Their honest and open manner was very appealing, "the chemistry was right" and so we started the coaching program promptly and without complications.
During the whole time of coaching (3 months) there were timely and customized appointments, very good accessibility, professional guidance in the training sessions as well as in health issues. My vital signs and blood results were recorded, analyzed, and an individual therapy was set up and constantly monitored.
The before/after photos as well as the dimensional changes helped me to visually see the success I had achieved in 10 weeks.
In summary, my individual weekly plan motivated me to achieve my goals. Weekly reflection sessions, gave me the confidence to have done everything right while keeping track of strengths and weaknesses as well as developing strategies to keep the strengths and minimize the weaknesses. The nutrition app is ingenious. Easy to use and suitable for everyday use.
What I learned in the 3 months in the program from Irene & Roman:

- To enjoy every meal
- Not to have a guilty conscience about the occasional "sweet tooth
- To listen to my body signals and to react to them adequately
- Not to judge my body weight
What I have achieved in the 3 months:
- Improvement in blood counts

- Metabolism in normal range, as before the disease
- Positive side effect - 13 kg lost

Super coaching by Irene and Roman.
