We purchased an apartment in Hamburg through Roombase Group Immobilienvermittlung GmbH.
Mr. Santamaria and his team were very competent, friendly and helpful.
All around the handling of the project, Mr. Santamaria was always open, flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions at any time and that even though the apartment was not exactly in the catchment area of the office. Everything went quickly, competently and yet also empathetically. We can judge this quite well because one of us has worked professionally in the same industry. For this reason, we can recommend the Roombase Group with a clear conscience.

We commissioned the Roombase team with the sale of our condominium in Heppenheim. Already in the first meeting we felt the spark that we would be accompanied individually and professionally by this team. This was fully confirmed during the ongoing sales process. We were always informed on a daily basis and necessary agreements were always implemented in our sense, so that our property was successfully sold after only 6 weeks. Mr. Santamaria and Mr. Magin were very professional, dedicated, honest and punctual and above all very nice and human.
I can recommend Roombasegroup in any case, it all went well in no time, at the first viewing appointment Mr. Santamaria left a good impression, with his good advice and honesty, then Mr. Magin with full motivation took care of all the documents and further organization, the communication was uncomplicated and fast by Wathapp, by phone and by email.
Many thanks to Mr. Santamaria and Mr. Magin for the great work and for further great help in renting the apartment.

Our family had a tour with Frau.Bachmann for which we would like to thank you again. Unfortunately, the property was out of the question for us because we want to move from a farm to the city. The apartment in Bad Dürkheim radiates a lot of potential but is too small for our standards.

My husband and I, were fully satisfied with the team of Roombase Group. Available at all times and our apartment was sold quickly and well. We always had a direct line and answers to our questions. Ms. Dally always made us feel well advised and any questions or problems were also easily clarified. She is very committed, so that any work was made easier for us. There was always enough time taken for us, so that one always had the feeling to be well cared for. I was very surprised at the viewing with Mr. Magin.
We are very "realtor shy", but Mr. Magin convinced us that a good realtor brings added value.
He was able to answer all our questions about the property and the WEG in detail and had all the documents at hand on his iPad.
We were educated about the complete process of buying a property.

Rarely had we met such a dedicated realtor as Mr. Magin. We can and will recommend him and the company Roombase Group without reservation.
