I entered the profession of recruiter / personnel consultant through a lateral entry. Thanks to Nick Ruske, I was able to quickly learn the profession, understand how everything works and what to look out for. The trainings are unbelievable fun, you are seen as a human being, because the focus is not only on passing on knowledge and making someone a good recruiter / personnel consultant, but also on the personal. It's new to describe such incredible multi-value mentoring in words. Nick has made a lasting difference in my sales skills and has shown me how sales really works, what really matters to be successful in sales. His mentoring is not about just landing a bigger number on the account. This person has his heart in the right place and tries with all his might to bring his customers forward. He shows you your construction sites, which is not always nice, but which helps you develop 100%. His communication is open, honest and direct. I really appreciate that kind of approach. The mentoring is not only about earning money, you are given the chance to develop yourself personally with mindset and consciousness expansion. This support from Nick is priceless!

IT WAS THE BEST DECISION TO START THIS MENTORING.
