For anyone who is enthusiastic about sport and wants to acquire a lot of knowledge, the course is highly recommended, as it was very informative and well explained :)
As someone who is not familiar with the subject matter, the basic course is too packed and only suitable for online training to a limited extent. The course makes the script more tangible, but requires individual follow-up and preparation for the classroom course. Therefore, the online course cannot be evaluated individually, but only after the classroom course as a building block of the whole.
Gernot Brecht is an extremely likeable lecturer. The online course "Basic" was great fun with him.
Highly recommended, also because of the factual explanations combined with examples from his own life and work experience.
It would be nice if there was video material on the courses, workshops and similar. We pay for the content and sometimes only have sparse material or can do little with our notes afterwards.

Ulrike is a great lecturer. The high practical components in the online course were well chosen and she was super punctual and clear about the process. Really, really great! Thank you very much.
I would recommend if they wanna experience the side of an employee from fitness centar what should they offer what is important how to keep costumers happy and how to treat them. Seminar personally helped me alot to learn more about Personal Training and how to better serve costumers.
Matthias Galke was a very competent pranayama teacher. He was able to pass on the material from the book, but also a lot of knowledge. His many experiences, examples and reference to the yoga teachings as a yoga teacher were particularly valuable. He was also able to make the connection to the many positive physical effects and he awakened the fire in you to deal intensively with pranayama and to integrate this into your everyday life and your daily yoga practice. Matthias is passionate about the subject and you could clearly feel it. All thumbs up!
One wish for the organization/courses: offer more live/on site. The online worked really well and you didn't feel like you were missing anything, but I would still like to see people live!
