Exactly 10 years ago, I met Incila Özmert personally when she was working at E.G.G. Yachting. I ​​was all the more delighted to charter a yacht – a superbly maintained Bavaria C50 from E.G.G. Yachting – through her own agency, Sailvation, a decade later.

And what can I say: It was perfect from the very first second! This is, after all, Incila's home cruising area!

The Turkish coast is and remains a dream, and the boat was in impeccable, clean, and technically brilliant condition. But what truly made this vacation unforgettable was the incredible service provided by Incila, both before and during the trip.

The seamless booking of the yacht was just the beginning. I bombarded her with countless questions beforehand – I can't even remember how many times I wrote to her. Every single one was answered patiently, competently, and quickly. The personal meeting and the excellent local cruising tips were also invaluable.

Her service went far beyond the usual and included, among other things:

• Organization of hotel and transfers before and after the charter
• Practical everyday assistance: Obtaining the right e-SIM card and tips on currency exchange
• Exclusive arrangements: Restaurant and marina reservations

...to name just a few!

Sailvation made booking my first Mediterranean charter sail effortless and easy. It was so nice to just not have to do any legwork or research as I have for other charters that I've booked for myself, in a place I've never been before. They found us an amazing captain who was not only a great sailor, but a great guy and I really enjoyed our week and didn't want it to end! I'm talking to friends about booking again in another year hopefully with the same captain on a catamaran because I can't imagine not going back. Will definitely use Sailvation again!

I was very happy to work with Incila at sailvation. She provided a great service, from initial conception of our voyage and finding appropriate charter companies, through to interfacing us with the charter, choosing a route and setting up practicalities such as taxi transfers. We ask Inci to organize a bare boat for us from Göcek, Turkey. We received much more than this! The bare boat was in very good condition. Everything on board you need for safety and comfort. Inci also made proposals for the trip and did all reservations in advance. Further more she has a good feeling about what her Customers probably are seeking for. Me and my family we like a contrast programm. Inci delivered 😉:
One day a true turkish experience, being guest at Receps very rural two table restaurant. Absolut no comfort between donkeys and goats but extrem good food and an unbeatable hospitality. Next day total luxury at Yacht Classic Marina in Fethiye with a pool bar INSIDE the pool. Between Marina and Airport we are chilling out at Renka Hotel (recommandation and reservation by Inci) with Hamam and pool. Thank you Inci! We will come back.
