My husband and I took part in this course together via Zoom and it was a great experience. We felt like we were there live as we had the livestream on the TV in the living room. And yet we had the advantage of the familiar surroundings at home and were able to concentrate fully on ourselves during the exercises without being distracted by the presence of other participants. We can recommend this course and especially the participation via Zoom to every couple.

I was able to experience three wonderful pregnancies and intimate, self-determined and powerful births. During my third pregnancy, I attended Urs' antenatal classes to consciously spend time with my baby. I can warmly recommend the antenatal classes. The valuable thing about Urs is that you learn to internalize and apply what you have learned. You learn to make self-determined and conscious decisions and to remain active, even if something changes on the outside. Birth is the first "learning field", many more learning fields follow. You will get to know many different "anchors" and will automatically retain those that suit you. As a result, you will also apply them and reap the rewards you have sown.

I attended the "GentleBirth" preparation course before the birth of my first child and I can recommend it to anyone. Urs responds very sensitively and competently to the needs of the participants and supports not only us women but also our partners. I am very grateful for this comprehensive preparation. Thanks to this support with lots of valuable tips, I was able to experience two natural births without a perineal tear, which meant I was back on my feet very quickly and gave birth to two healthy girls.
