I was able to take away a lot for myself personally and for my team. I got a different perspective on things, which gives me more energy in my daily work. Many thanks for the appreciative cooperation during the entire three days of the seminar.
Everything was very good, top organized, useful, personal, as stated in the questionnaire. Unfortunately, the examining doctor found abnormalities in the ECG and blood values, which alarmed and unsettled me. My family doctor (sports doctor) then looked at the "abnormalities" again and described them as completely normal, which has unsettled and annoyed me.
Otherwise everything was top.

From my point of view, Mr. Kortmann moderated the two days very well. His communication in the workshop was absolutely comprehensible. There was always a clear structure. He regularly asked how the participants were feeling and thus picked us up very well on the individual topics.
Top consultant who dug out the missing motivation for sports with very good questions. Now I have overcome the "inner pig dog" and feel more balanced.
The consultant always had an open ear, was super nice and helpful.

I think if you want to achieve something for themselves, change and improve you should always use the opportunities to acquire additional knowledge in whatever form. Your workshops are a great platform for this! So far I have met Mr. Kortmann and Mr. Heidenreich and have listened to you very attentively every time. For my personal development I have taken a lot of benefit from your events. Your quality level and own demands are very high and one feels very clearly that you want the people you coach to take away something for themselves and develop further. I have no comparison but the structure is very logical and brings me a high benefit for the application in my future tasks and super complements my own ideas of right and wrong. Mr. Kortmann is a very likeable guy and presents his workshops in a very relaxed and competent manner. I have a lot of respect for him because he is not just talking to any people, but to the most important decision-makers of your customers. So you have an extremely big responsibility. Your instructions and suggestions will be carried on by these people, adapted and in the best case positively change the actions of the companies for many years. Keep up the good work! The speaker Stephan Kortmann led our group of 16 project managers / mentors through the day with aplomb. He was very focused and persistent in the follow-up questions. From our point of view, the agreed training objectives were achieved and Elmatic's expectations were met to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks for a very entertaining training day. What I liked was the pleasant atmosphere of the workshop.
With his understanding manner, Mr. Kortmann managed to get all course participants to actively participate in the workshop.
Very nicely structured. Varied due to the change of lecturers and loosening up with practical games. Thus, the bridge to the free economy is built. Especially at the beginning, however, it should be ensured that all participants are able to understand the terms used
e.g. volatility, ambiguity, etc.
I particularly liked the fact that the participants were actively involved. In addition, the process was very structured and entertaining. The suggestions for improvement can be implemented in everyday life almost throughout and are therefore highly interesting for everyone.
The lecturer has a very pleasant manner and brings the topics to the point. Likewise, he offers personal conversation if anyone of the participants wants it, to clarify personal questions.
Very positive were the insights of Mr. Weissenböck, who had shown many parallels between sports and business. Hearing something like that from a sports coach was very inspiring.
On the other hand, the introductions of the second coach were too extensive and provided with far too many quotes from theory. However, Mr. Heidenreich had intervened at exactly the right moment and presented the whole thing much more concisely.
"Reduction of complexity" was demonstrated by the speakers as it's best: vividly, partly playfully, never giving up the intellectual claim. Afterwards, the practical relevance of an international professional game, including an interview with a trainer or player: a unique learning experience!
Thank you for this valuable micro-break for self-reflection. Such suggestions should be a regular part of the work culture. Mr. Gerner was practical and pleasantly authentic in his remarks. Thank you!
