She is a great therapist! Empathetic, intelligent and warm, she listens, understands, guides you in the right direction - and helps! I have been to several therapists in my life, but she was by far the best so far and helped me a lot!!!

It has been some time now since the sessions with Ms. Braun and I am still so grateful. My core health problem was already addressed in the second session including a proposed solution. The mental issues and thinking patterns were addressed well understandably and effectively. The implementation of theory into practice in everyday life was appropriately to my personality pattern successfully started, reviewed, optimized and even after the end of therapy they continue to be integrated and present. On site in Munich and online it was equally successful. I feel free, strong and independent. My issues were ADD and high sensitivity, I can now deal with both issues (and all others) in a healthy way. Thank you again for your help.

Sarah Braun was the perfect choice for me. I felt comfortable with her right away. She always found a good way to start the conversation and thus created a good atmosphere. She helped me a lot to make connections and to work out with me which motivations/fears were behind my behavior.
