I participated in the workshop "Recipe for happiness! It was generally my first workshop and was really very enthusiastic or can only recommend this workshop! Sarah has explicitly addressed the participants and their topics and has passed on tips for the respective thoughts of the individual. The scientific/theoretical aspect was explained very well and thus stimulated to think. One also gets a very good workbook for home with the workshop, in order to read up on the so important content, to consciously apply it in the private sphere and to consciously deal with the topic. Sarah has the unique gift of actually bringing all aspects of the "theory" across to the participant and then also initiating new trains of thought with several practical examples. She is responsive to the participants, addresses their respective problems and manages to set new impulses for each individual to also question their own previous thoughts and to consciously direct the negative thoughts (possibly even attitudes/influences) into positive thoughts in order to actually learn how to "be happy" and to be happier in life. This workshop has helped me a lot to think about my own attitudes/preferences/experiences/feelings and through the many communicated aspects/information and impulses I have seen many things of my life in a different light or have also consciously questioned things. I could change my life in the most positive sense and can now experience "happiness" in the actual sense, especially consciously. I would like to thank Sarah for this incredibly consciousness-expanding workshop, which made me very - in the truest sense of the word - happy. It will certainly not be the last workshop I attend! Sarah has an incredible professional, as well as social competence. You feel very well taken care of in her hands and can trust from the first moment because of her open and kind nature! I can recommend her workshops/consultations and other services offered 100% and am already looking forward to the next workshop!

Sarah combines professional competence, as well as empathy in perfection or in a way that is rarely found. Her offer in terms of consulting, coaching and workshops is very broad and also the price-performance ratio is very good. I have purchased the latest workbook and am currently working through it. It is a perfectly elaborated work, which inspires to think, to listen to oneself, to ask oneself questions (which one would possibly never have asked oneself) and thus promote or support the personal path into a positive future :-)
