I can only confirm the experiences of previous reviewers. I have been a customer of Schmelzer for about 5 years and have always received excellent service. This time, too, Mrs. Gurski in the Stockelsdorf branch took great care of my hearing problem. We had several appointments, and in the end a hearing aid was found that fit me individually. I am thrilled. The "new hearing" is a pleasure for me again! I can only absolutely recommend Schmelzer.
I still have problems with the hearing aid. Getting the hearing aids in the ear properly is always a great act. I lost the right HG 14 days ago and found it by accident. Since then I have not used the HG.
