Ich habe lange nach einer Firma gesucht, die bereit ist auf meine Wünsche, Vorstellungen und Ideen einzugehen. Bei Schneckenhouse bin ich endlich fündig geworden. Trotz, dass ich einen Minicamper habe und eine eigentlich sehr begrenzte Möglichkeit an Quadratmetern, haben Roman und Team es geschafft, dieses kleine Auto so umzubauen, dass ich mich fühlen kann wie eine Königin in ihrem Schloss! Ich freue mich schon auf meine Tour dieses Jahr in diesem neuerschaffenem schönen Lebensraum. Danke!!!

Der Kundenservice ist optimal. Obwohl zwischen mir und der Firma einige hundert Kilometer Distanz waren , wurde sofort auf Telefon und Internet ( Bereitstellung von Fotos ) zurückgegriffen, um ein Ergebnis zu erzielen und um eine optimale Lösung zu finden. Würde auf jeden Fall diese Firma weiterempfehlen..

Wir sind schon länger in Kontakt ,mit Schneckenhouse, auch sind wir in der dazugehörigen Facebookgruppe.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn ,wir haben uns für ein Modul entschieden ,damit wir das Thema Elektrik besser verstehen.
Alles lief sehr gut und verständlich ab ,das Onlinemeeting hat gut funktioniert.
Das hat uns sehr dabei geholfen unseren „Angstgegner“ mit guter Motivation anzugehen.
Jetzt funktioniert alles genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und wir sind auch schon unterwegs mit unserem Setup.
