We bought our car 2 years ago from Mr. Duckert and were advised very nice, friendly and competent by him. We were very satisfied with the workshop. This year we had the inspection BIG DEAL and the 4th annual inspection. After receiving the bill, we could not believe that 4 spark plugs cost over 220.00€, which just have a mileage of 26,000km. This price development is not comprehensible for us and from our point of view completely exaggerated. Perhaps we should get a cost estimate in the future and compare with other workshops.

Thank you for your feedback, which we take very seriously. The price development in purchasing has indeed increased extremely for some parts. Especially when it came to electronic components, in this case spark plugs for your MITSUBISHI.
I have checked the prices, here is no mistake happened, but the spark plugs, for the engine installed in your vehicle are actually so expensive.
In any case, I agree with you that we could have informed you about the cost point.
Nevertheless, it is important to change the spark plugs when either the mileage or an appropriate age has been reached. Spark plug damage can result in severe engine damage.
In order to maintain your after-sales warranty, we are obliged to carry out the maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications. Failure to do so would otherwise void the warranty, which would not help anyone.
On behalf of my team, I would like to apologize for the lack of communication. As a small courtesy, I will have our customer service department send you a loyalty voucher tomorrow. You can then use this voucher for your next repair or inspection at our company.
You are also welcome to contact me again directly if you have any further questions, requests or suggestions.
I hope we can regain your trust.
With kind regards,
