Thank you for your feedback, which we take very seriously. The price development in purchasing has indeed increased extremely for some parts. Especially when it came to electronic components, in this case spark plugs for your MITSUBISHI.
I have checked the prices, here is no mistake happened, but the spark plugs, for the engine installed in your vehicle are actually so expensive.
In any case, I agree with you that we could have informed you about the cost point.
Nevertheless, it is important to change the spark plugs when either the mileage or an appropriate age has been reached. Spark plug damage can result in severe engine damage.
In order to maintain your after-sales warranty, we are obliged to carry out the maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications. Failure to do so would otherwise void the warranty, which would not help anyone.
