Ich hatte eine Session mit Sean für meine Verdauungsprobleme und Bauchschmerzen. Sean hat auf wunderbare und einfühlsame Art mich mit meinem Körper und Atem in Kontakt gebracht. Ich kam in eine tiefe und heilsame Entspannung. Wir haben auch mit Lauten und der Stimme gearbeitet. Diese Laute brauche ich heute noch zur Entspannung. Danke für die grossartige Session!

I imagine that it was made possible by the encouraging, empowering space Sean held for me to explore; and recommend to try it, as words are poor tools to describe such an experience.

Sean starts off with being a good listener - which then helps him be a good leader, I imagine. Even keeled and steady, when leading a mediation it is easy to follow Sean's guidance. Sean's knowledge base is deep and he can provide examples easily. It is a true pleasure to work with Sean!

I experienced Sean to be very kind, open, and supportive. He takes time to understand my situation and helps me relax within the process of working through something. He helps me to connect with myself, not rush, and make my own decisions. I appreciate him for his optimistic and gentle attitude.
