I always feel that I'm in good hands with Basti. He's always on hand with help and advice, which took a lot of stress off me, especially in the last claim. That's exactly why it's worth paying a little more for the insurance! Simply a great all-round service!

The first insurance agency ever that I trust completely. Even better than the advice is the service. You don't have to fight your way through any telephone computers when you need something, but are always looked after personally, competently and incredibly nicely. For example, handling car damage. Not a single problem, only the best help, up to the selection of the workshop with cost absorption. Absolutely recommendable! It doesn't get any better than this.

I have been looked after by Mrs. Freisler from the very beginning. She convinced me of the products and is always there for all questions and I get prompt answers. I know her only by phone, but this is also quite sufficient with your service.
Yesterday I had another request, which was handled immediately by Ms. Söder and Mr. Weber in a very short time. Again, very friendly and competent. Congratulations, Mr. Striner for such an employee quality. I wish you, Mr. Striner and your staff a nice weekend when the time comes.
