My first personal encounter with Selma dates back to September 23, 2023 - at the Teech Inspiration Days in Berlin. I presented a keynote there and Selma moderated it.
Even before the event, Selma contacted me to discuss the details of the moderation in a very appreciative, emphatic and mythical way.

During the moderation, it became clear to me how much Selma was constantly "on air", i.e. taking in details of the presentation ... reflects and communicates with her own experiences.

In the meantime, Selma has interviewed me in an online streaming format ... and enriched me with her own thoughts here too.

I am looking forward to the further exchange ... especially on the topic of what fascinates us both ... i.e. decoupling a person's behavior from their person.

Als Selbstständige war ich permanent gestresst, weil ich versuchte, viele Dinge gleichzeitig zu erledigen, um am Tag möglichst viel zu schaffen. Fühlte mich oft zerrissen unter diesem ständigen Druck. Wenn ich mich entspannen wollte, dann fiel es mir schwer, gedanklich abzuschalten.
