Appointment was agreed between 13h and 15h and we kept the time free.
The installer appeared only at 15:45, without telephone notification of a delay.
The service was limited to opening the tumbler (remove 8 screws), look inside, close without screwing the tumbler. No repair. For this, 30min were charged. In our view, this is unserious and unjustifiable.
In spite of the many positive feedbacks
even single cases of negative feedback is a good feedback for us, it shows us if something has not been done according to our quality standard.
Unfortunately, you have not responded to our messages and offer for repair or replacement device, we could not reach you by phone.
The order was actually not yet completed for us, but since we have not received any feedback, we have completed the order and charged our expenses.
Too bad you have not contacted us before to find a solution together.
The agreed date was correct and kept according to our schedule.
Our service would be free of charge with a replacement device.
The mechanic could also have stated: "Unfortunately, there is no spare part for your older model, I advise you to buy a new one!"
But he repaired improvisationally and it works. Chapeau!!! And not self-evident! He also gave explanations about wear and functions that serve us. The dishwasher door "runs" again and a new machine is to be envisaged in the medium term.
After the failure of our refrigerator we were very happy about the prompt support.
Measurement ,quote and installation of the new unit within a few days.
Good advice and clean installation on site.
