The live meetings were held once or twice a week from 8pm to 10pm and were known in advance. The decision to take this course should be considered carefully: From my perspective, learning at this late hour after a workday is not too efficient. I also found the time lag between input and meeting to be detrimental to a dynamic and alert learning experience. The slides lacked crucial video footage: the appearance of active reflexes, which I pieced together myself. For the high price of the training, I expect not to have to search for videos myself to be able to see what it is all about. I was unsure of what to look for in individual reflex tests until the end, and the explanations also remained vague. From my point of view, the price-performance ratio of this training is not satisfactory. In terms of content, I felt it was under-complex and did not do justice to the topic. The exclusively positive evaluations and testimonials could not be confirmed for me. I would like to emphasize the instructor's unprofessional handling of feedback. I would like to positively emphasize the creative and child-friendly preparation of the training content as well as the permanent availability of the theory content and test materials on Elopage.

The subject of reflex integration is very broad and complex. I know from personal experience, and feedback from other participants confirms it, that the numerous inputs can initially unsettle and in some cases confuse. The wealth of information that one receives in a relatively short training period is simply too great. It is particularly challenging to maintain an overview when you are dealing with the topic for the first time, or even if you are a career changer. To ensure that my female graduates are not left alone with this feeling, I have created a "Mastermind Group". In an online live call with me, interested graduates of the trainer training meet once a month and report on their experiences, challenges and, of course, their sense of achievement. We learn from and with each other and grow together!
