This was an excellent training session that left no questions unanswered. Mr. Retzbach addressed every concern and was able to answer all of our questions.

The instructor (Michael Klose) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, addressed the diverse needs of all participants, and managed the time exceptionally well. He spoke at a comfortable pace and used clear language, so everyone was able to follow along easily. Great job :-)

The training fully met my expectations. Lennart did an excellent job of explaining the basics and key concepts of Plant Simulation and was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the course. For me, this was an excellent starting point that has motivated me to continue exploring Plant Simulation.

The instructor, Lennart Schettler, patiently answered all of our questions, including those about the license. I am very satisfied with the lesson and the explanation.

Excellent support and project execution by Mr. Kestenbaum and Mr. Hartmann—I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I am particularly pleased that discussions are always professional and technical on an equal footing, both when creating the models/model descriptions and when dealing with emerging problems. In addition, not only are issues that arise described, but potential solutions are also presented directly, which makes the optimization phase particularly efficient and productive.

The team led by Markus, Marie, and Manu worked well with us. Recurring change requests from the end customer and adjustments were always implemented quickly and very flexibly, and were also presented to the end customer with a jointly agreed strategy. Increases were communicated transparently and in a predictable manner.
Overall, it was a very trusting and collegial relationship throughout the entire project, which I also found very positive on a personal level. Many thanks again to the entire team for the great cooperation.

Hello everyone, the training courses are "in principle" too full of teaching material, so that even if no questions arise or no explanations are needed, it is not possible to cover everything sufficiently in the three days allocated. This is, of course, assuming that participants have programming/simulation skills. There should be no objection to increasing the basic and remaining training courses to a minimum of four full days, and it is clear that the course fee would therefore be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, the price/performance ratio is not appropriate at this time. However, companies that would like to use this training and software, especially for basic training, report that the training material was completely covered and understood, and that any questions that arose were addressed and the answers understood.
There were only three of us in the course and we attended the training on the first day until 6 p.m., on the second day from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on the third day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This meant that on day one, it was already clear that the amount of material could not be covered in the regular training time. Unfortunately, this is a huge negative aspect, which is particularly counterproductive in the area of learning/training. Hello, Overall, the training was very good and the material was conveyed very well through both the lecture and the accompanying exercises. However, I feel that the course was too short for the scope of the training. It would be desirable to extend the course by one day in the future, given the amount of material covered. The time we had here was simply too short.
Approximately 380 presentation slides, including several exercises, in three days is simply too much. Best regards

The course instructor, Mr. Bott, always took the time to answer a wide range of questions and did everything he could to answer them or work out a solution together.
This made the lessons more tangible and the knowledge taught could flow directly into personal use cases.

The teaching material was very well prepared and the teaching units built on each other well and had a reasonable difficulty curve.

It should be noted that the 3 days scheduled for the basic course are a little short for the wealth of teaching material, especially if more questions are asked.

Bonus point: a kind of cheat sheet with the most important keyboard shortcuts, data input fields, data types and syntax of the programming language as a handout would have been helpful.

We were in very good hands with SimPlan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The training itself could be more geared towards enabling people to use the tool themselves. Often you just had to rework.

The training is informative and practical. The content is very interesting. During the implementation, there were times when I was mainly trying to copy the code and less time to understand what we were doing. But I still think it's important for learning. The teacher shared a lot of his experience and described examples from the industry. He is very open and answered all questions.
The room was fine, unfortunately there was no fruit, more choice of drinks and better cookies should be included in the price of the training.

During the training, the basics of PlantSimulation were taught in an understandable and practical way. It was an all-round successful event and a lot of fun!
