We had a very informative seminar in Dortmund. Mrs. Schneider taught us a lot about the topic "Guest enthusiasm
through better communication & manners" - it was very well organized. I learned a lot for my everyday life as a trainee "restaurant specialist" and will of course put it into practice. Many thanks to our great trainer. I will recommend you 100%.
