My employer introduced Lunchhit and the Spenditcard a long time ago. On the whole, I am satisfied. I personally think Lunchit is better: easy to use and my boss pays for the break;-)) As for the card, there was a new VISA this year. The exchange of the cards and the transfer of the balance took a little long, but it worked. Customer service I have not needed so far, there are detailed FAQs.
No customer service, on the service phone you are fobbed off with automated announcements (our team is currently working on new solutions), no direct contact with an employee possible - this has to get better!
Hello, thank you very much for the feedback. We regret that you were not satisfied with our customer service. Due to the increased volume of inquiries, there were longer waiting times in the meantime, but we hope that your concern could still be clarified. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at kundenbetreuung@spendit.de. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. VG from the SPENDIT team
Hello,
The service for employers is great. Unfortunately, it does not work with the registration of employees. On email request until now no answer. The confirmation of the email address does not seem to work. Urgent to correct. Otherwise top.
Hello Ms. Brand, thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback, this is the only way we can improve our service and products. We had a technical problem in this regard in the meantime, but hope that the registration of the employees has worked out for you in the meantime. Otherwise please contact our customer service again at kundenbetreuung@spendit.de. LG from the SPENDIT Team
After an online fraud case, I was helped very quickly. The resulting damage was replaced unbureaucratically and without delay. The employees Mr. Michael Kallenbach from Spendit AG and Ms. Nadja Hoffmann from the financial service provider PL Gutscheinsysteme GmbH and the team givve respectively gave me great and very customer-oriented advice. Please express my sincere thanks for this.
We use Lunchit in our company and it is very well received. I have already recommended the Spendit products several times and everyone was always very happy. Super solution and great implementation, especially through the app.
