Good and professional overall process, from initial consultation to installation. The salesman even came twice to take measurements due to a change in my plans (sorry!). Product has only been installed for a week, so no long-term experience yet (UV effect on the material,...) - but so far everything has been great. Summer can come....

Hello, I am actually satisfied with the work, what bothered me is when I say I want the invoice by post, why does it come by e-mail, these are small things, but they don't have to be.
I can't say anything about the durability yet, what is still a small drawback is the handle for opening, which could certainly have been solved better.

The service is excellent. You are informed in several steps from the time of ordering when the installation will take place, then the exact day is determined and finally a time window for this day is communicated by e-mail.
I had an insect screen fitted for my roof window. Perfect fit, looks good, easy to use, not quite cheap but it was still worth it to me as from now on no unwelcome creatures can sneak into the bedroom.

The balcony screen door with cat-proof material is exactly what we needed. Appointment to measure, order, installation: everything went very quickly and professionally. The only point of criticism would be the high price, if it wasn't already clear after a few weeks what a cheap net would look like. Our cats climb up the net to the head of the door to watch the birds. A normal net would not be able to withstand this, especially at this frequency. The net easily withstands the load, the door is bombproof, it couldn't be better. For cat owners, the investment is worth it in the long term, especially knowing that the solution for a balcony is really cat-proof.
