Marcel has been training and coaching me online for over a year now. The training is goal-oriented, easy and easy to implement. The learning success is also consistent. Marcel really goes into everything in great detail and answers every question. His manner is very pleasant and his training methods are very effective. I actually only wanted to train online for 6 months or a year at most. Now it's been over a year. This shows how satisfied I am with the complete online training via Zoom and his support.
I also love the video courses, which are clear and structured. Nevertheless, I prefer to train with Marcel via Zoom, even though the video courses were very helpful. In any case, it's great fun and has helped me a lot with my self-confidence. But the most important thing is that I feel more confident. I know that I'm no superman, but I also know now that I'm not defenceless in the event of an attack. Thank you Marcel, and here's to another great and intensive time. I can recommend the online training to everyone.

The book helped me a lot. I hadn't dealt with the subject of self-defense before, but I'm very glad that I came across this book in the advertising. Now I know what to look out for and what I need to train. I also ordered the video course after reading the book. But I still have to start ;-)

I find the focus on the MINDSET particularly helpful for newcomers to SV and also martial artists with experience. However, this is exactly what makes the difference when it comes to getting out of a confrontation. Where I agree 100% is that fist strikes should be avoided at all costs for women and inexperienced fighters. Most train - if they train at all - with protected hands and have absolutely no idea what a powerful fist strike against a skull bone or a set of teeth can do to the punching hand. Without the willingness to defend yourself, the best preparation is not promising - and it won't work without sparring (practice is necessary). And that's why this Academy is TOP!

I have already read several Krav Maga books and self-defense books. But finally a book that is not about an endless number of techniques. A lot of emphasis is placed on understanding self-defense, which I really like. It's about the mindset, the principles, overcoming your fears, the myths and what really works. Namely punches and kicks.

After the book, I bought a video course. He explains and demonstrates the few techniques you need in an absolutely friendly and professional manner.

Marcel really is an absolute top expert. I've been doing martial arts myself for over 20 years and used to work on the door for a few years. Unfortunately not a great place, where there was always a lot of stress with certain clientele. His book is absolutely practical. And he clears up a lot of the nonsense that is constantly being spread in the SV scene.

I bought the self-defense training with dummy program. It's absolutely amazing what you can do with the dummy. I've now done all the exercises several times and still repeat them regularly. Even if not everything works perfectly yet, I've gained a lot of speed and toughness. I'm going to buy the claw training for self-defense next.

I don't work with Marcel online but book him as a personal coach. The training sessions are super individual and push you to your physical limits. Mistakes are corrected immediately. Every lesson is very well prepared and there is always room for individual requests and questions. Marcel's broad knowledge of both martial arts and SV speaks for itself.

Conclusion: Useful training that is also a lot of fun!!!

A lot has improved since I started training about a year ago. Not only because I've gained a lot of new knowledge about how to behave and when, but also because I'm more confident and am finally doing more again. I am absolutely thrilled with the book. I've already read a few books on self-defense. But most of them are about lots of techniques. This book is completely different. Short, concise and to the point. It really deals with what it's really like on the street and that many techniques taught in martial arts schools don't work. Kudos for the clarity and honesty. What I like is that this book also deals with me. Not athletes who can already move really well. It's about a normal, average person who has no idea about martial arts. I think this book is an absolute enrichment for anyone who wants to learn self-defense.

I have the Pratzentraining courses alone and with a partner. I've been training with it for over 4 months now and it's really great. I mostly train with the solo program, but I also do the partner program with my boyfriend. The techniques are explained very well in the videos and are easy to copy. It's definitely fun and you learn a lot.
