I chose to work with Sulemann because fitness & religion are priority 1 in my business and I wanted a coach by my side who had full understanding of both topics. Here he did not disappoint me at all. Sometimes we digressed a bit and talked more about fitness and religion than about business.

Where to start? A simple THANK YOU! simply does not adequately describe Suleman's performance. Therefore, let me elaborate a bit:
You must know, I am not at the beginning of my self-employment as a leadership & career coach. I'm already on the road a bit. That's why Suleman's program didn't target me 1:1. And at the same time, it was exactly what I needed and he picked me up FULL!
Suleman asked very specifically what I needed and then we did exactly that. And even more: He was always flexible with me on the actual topic. And believe me: The topic has moved more than once in the course of our collaboration :-)!
It was especially helpful for me that we could also talk about the effects of the changes initiated at work in the private/personal sphere. A change does not stop at the border of the professional ego. On the contrary. Some really important events were right there: In the personal/private realm.
