Rain gutter fastening completely unsatisfactory, own solution required.
Additional sheet metal incorporated at the end of the roof for the gutter.
Otherwise very well made kit, perfect fit. With insulated roof option, OSB boards without tongue and groove, therefore not flush with each other. Solved with slats.
Super packaged everything complete....good advice, reliable, highly recommended.

I had a good service, house will be delivered when I am ready. But I can't give a full review until I have retrieved the house.

Our garden house is a custom-made product, we were always well advised throughout the entire process, from planning to modifications, completion and assembly, and always felt that we were in good hands - a huge thank you goes to Mr. Seidel!!!! Super quality, best service and also the installation team was flawless and super hard-working.

Communication is professional and fast. Delivery and assembly were quick and as agreed. The assembly team was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and clean. They assembled the house perfectly, and a small problem with the lock was fixed the following week. First of all, a big THANK YOU. Our expectations were all met.
For us (as probably for most people) it was our first garden shed. It took six weeks from ordering to delivery.
Of course there were lots of questions beforehand. The second thank you therefore goes to Julian Seidel from Hansagarten24. Our first phone call with him took a lot of pressure and excitement off us. It was factual, competent and calm. Apart from the usual email correspondence, we only had one more question during the construction. And these were dealt with quickly and professionally. There were also free tips.
The third thank you goes to the manufacturers at the factory in Estonia. Very, very clean work, just as you would expect. (This is not a matter of course these days)
And finally, thanks to the shipping company. Despite a one-day delay (damage to the truck), everything arrived on time and without damage. We were kept up to date by email and telephone about the route and arrival time. This made it possible to organize the transport from the unloading point to the garden.

Foundation, foundation, foundation. It was important to me to create a proper foundation. Frost-proof, water, waste water, electricity. (The garden shed should be able to be used all year round). I got professional help for this.

Transporting the two pallets, each measuring 6.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.0 m, from the unloading point to the assembly site in the garden was quite a challenge .... well, autumn and rainy weather, soft ground, narrow paths in the garden.

The storage location: You can't have enough space to set up! The factory packed the material in such a way that it is non-slip, space-saving and safe in the Transpotcollies.
So you sometimes have to restack to get to certain parts.

The two of us decided to tackle the assembly alone. (phew). It was exhausting, fun and now we are as proud as punch. After five days the roof was on!
The interior work was then done individually and in peace and quiet.

We received the instructions in paper form by email in advance, plus the videos from Hansagarten 24 on YouTube - we approached the project with a lot of enthusiasm. Yes.

Conclusion: We have now built something very individual and beautiful for ourselves, we are proud and look forward to what is to come. THANK YOU HANSAGARTEN 24 !

I am very satisfied with the garden shed, very good quality and professional assembly.
Mr. Seidel always took care of me in a friendly, prompt and professional manner, from the first conversation to fixing the last things that were forgotten during assembly, thank you very much.
Even though it took 2-3 weeks longer than planned in the end, I can recommend this house without reservation.

Extremely difficult to non-existent communication. Assembly was disastrous and defective. Complaint extremely tough - only positive thing to mention - after various contacts by us and intensive picture evidence, the damage was still regulated by credit note.... .nobody gives you back your lifetime anyway...by the way, trusted store doesn't help here either - they are ONLY responsible for non-delivery - condition doesn't matter... you should also think about it...

There was good communication with Mr. Seidel, even when there were delays in delivery and adjustments to the garden shed we ordered.

The advice from Mr. Seidel was excellent right from the start. The fact that we had very individual wishes was no problem at all. He implemented everything that was possible.
