I would definitely recommend counseling with Susanne Freudenberger! I gained important insights through her pleasant manner and various interventions. At the beginning I was very restless and confused and through her empathic and appreciative manner and clarity, I first learned to arrive at myself, to accept events as they are, I had many AHAS, especially the warm manner did me good and to make me aware of the heart coherence. With Susanne I have so far attended active meditation, dance meditations, the consciousness lounge for power women and a retreat and have come home each time inspired, enriched and fulfilled.
She is very mindful, respectful and appreciative and the atmosphere is trusting and familiar. Despite sometimes heavy topics, there is a lot of fun, laughter and lightness. It is just nice to be there! Thank you Susanne, for the many beneficial hours and the diverse toolbox of tips, exercises and methods that you give us and which so often makes my everyday life easier. We have booked communication seminars with Ms. Freudenberger for our employees in the nursing home. She understands how to give the participants a glimpse into themselves and to let the unconscious become conscious. Combined with the theories and exercises for successful communication, she is a psychological development trainer. The participants were always able to take away a lot for themselves and were enthusiastic about the seminars. She is an asset to any company.

I got to know Ms. Freudenberger through participation in the active meditation evenings and over time have taken advantage of other offers of her work such as weekend retreats, online courses to individual one-on-one coaching.
Ms. Freudenberger's empathic, respectful, and wise approach has given my life a new direction.... I am in contact with myself, in acceptance of myself, feel lightness and happiness.... and I have sustainably implemented and achieved the goals I set for myself. For me, Ms. Freudenberger embodies the perfect balance between down-to-earthness and spirituality, between encouraging and challenging, and most importantly... we were also able to laugh a lot together and it was fun to work together.
I am glad that Ms. Freudenberger came into my life and can highly recommend her offerings to any woman who is interested in further development. And I look forward to many more points of contact to stay on top of "my" topics.

I can only recommend every woman to take advantage of each offer and try it out. From the first Secunde one knows the Susanne again light, knowledge and realization about the own slumbering strength in its I to find again. Whether it is meditation, coaching, consciousness lounge for power - women, etc.. Susanne brings your soul to heal. Shows ways and says with clear clear words and tips how you find your self again, self-confidence strengthen and you and your body again in love to feel and meet. The warm welcome, the preparation and effort Susanne makes to show us how valuable we are. The welcome from the participants is so wonderful and the fear of not belonging is lost in the first second. So you dear ones out there take your courage in your hands and come.... You will say to yourself why weren't we at Susanne's much earlier 🍀.

In every form offered, an atmosphere of trust is created in the group that makes it possible to talk about feelings and sensations and to feel understood and accepted. This ability to integrate each individual with personal strengths in the group and to give valuable impulses for further individual development and maturity is a special characteristic of Susanne Freudenberger, which is decisive for my decision to participate in further offers and to recommend her to others. Theoretical and practical knowledge is presented in a very vivid and understandable way, the learning units are varied and with personal impulses very helpful for me.
