In a preliminary discussion, Mr. Riebel clarified the expectations of the participants for the workshop, which then found their way directly into the agenda. The workshop was a very good mixture of contributions from Mr. Riebel and development of the topics by the workshop participants themselves. The atmosphere was very pleasant, so that we were very productive. In the event that the workshop participants strayed from the topic, he ensured through his moderation that we returned to the topic, but we were still flexible enough to have enough space for important topics that were not initially planned.

Sven Riebel does not do 08/15 events. He meticulously interviews in advance to gain a deep understanding of a situation from different perspectives. An experienced workshop with him was super prepared and planned, he put a lot of effort in creating "customized" material. The execution of the event was very flexible, so we could quickly move towards a common goal picture. On a human level, Mr. Riebel has a pleasant manner that manages to motivate people through stories and examples without preaching and put-on phrases. Great!

Very professional, but also personal coaching with practice-oriented solutions that brought immediate initial success and have a lasting effect. Mr. Riebel takes you out of your comfort zone, initiates and persistently insists on your own solution approaches and their implementation without exerting pressure.
Targeted and at the same time flexible approach in the whole process with a lot of personal commitment.
Through his professional and international work experience, he brought ideal prerequisites and understanding to the coaching.
All in all, an extremely positive, personally and professionally enriching coaching.
