I was led to Tanja at exactly the right time.
Tanja is tough and very direct, she knows how to keep on drilling when it gets really uncomfortable, because exactly under these wounds are hidden our most valuable resources.
I am, in a positive sense, not the same as I was before I entered the adventure of ME.
I will leave this program enriched with many valuable tools when it is over.
My horizon and my consciousness has expanded enormously through working with Tanja and I have taken on a completely different perspective on life.
The question is always,how do I want it....that is solely in our hands. Everything starts with a decision. My decision to follow Tanja's program has changed my life. Thank you Tanja!

Tanja Frieden's energy is indescribable. The examples from top sports are very helpful. Tanja Frieden's practical examples are very good.
Tanja Frieden also challenges you to ask yourself what your goals are and to write them down very precisely. It is important to do it now and not to do it later.
The most important message for me was, what are the energy guzzlers and obstacles to my goal.

Everything may be and everything happens at the right time. Tanja sees the potential in you from the beginning and shows you the path of possibilities, but who wants to go the way makes this out of a free decision. She is the perfect support and always has an example ready to explain the current situation. You do not have to and must not understand everything, with her you learn to accept. Tanja seems authentic, sensitive and strong-willed at the same time!....anziehend also still in addition!
You can not recommend her way to everyone, because it is against many logical and socially accepted rules, but it is her way! So it is hard to find the right one for you with the abundance of different self-healing programs on the Internet. You can only see what suits you better, Tanja suits me!

As already mentioned several times, 22 years ago I had a bicycle accident with skull bone crushing and craniocerebral trauma. Thanks to an excellent rehab, I was able to eliminate many deficits and lead a somewhat normal life again. I also joined a running group and we went running once a week in Schönbrunn. Then the group broke up and I wanted to run alone. After a few steps I fell down for no apparent reason. This happened to me a few more times and I had to give up running. After a long search I found a neurosurgeon who advised an operation which was performed at the end of last year. However, it did not bring the desired success. During the rehab, which was interrupted because of the current events, a therapist said that the main problem is the still unprocessed accident. Despite intensive search, I found no one (who) makes a confrontation therapy with me because it supposedly brings nothing. Can you help me ? Thank you KLETZL Gerhard

Tanja Frieden came across as very authentic and competent. She pretty much got the most out of the short time of the "workshop". For truly sustainable success, I consider personal 1:1 coaching sessions to be much more goal-oriented.
