After I became aware of Taunus-Auto Idstein through a colleague, I had contact with Mr. Tobias Schröder for the first time. Unfortunately, I was too slow for my desired vehicle, an S205 CDI. Mr. Schröder found me a car that met my expectations. Despite all the care taken by the dealership, there were issues that were caused by the previous user. Mr. Schröder was very accommodating when it came to fixing them. And thus provided me with a positive customer experience. I was interested in an E-Class estate offered by Taunus-Auto. So I called Mr. Tobias Schröder in Idstein, he had already sold me an E-Class a few years ago and I was very happy with it. He gave me all the information about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. All agreements and appointments were always kept. Test drive, purchase, registration and handover - everything went smoothly. Full recommendation for both Taunus-Auto and Mr. Tobias Schröder.
