I used TEFRA's luggage service for the first time and am completely delighted. Punctual pick-up at the front door, punctual delivery at the check-in desk at the airport, direct pick-up in cooperation with AIDA at the ship immediately after we left it and after 3 working days my suitcase was delivered back to my home undamaged today. I was always informed by e-mail where my suitcase was and what the next step was. The drivers were always very friendly, as was the employee on the service phone. The booking was made online without any problems. Thank you very much! I will never travel without TEFRA again!
