I can currently (fortunately) only assess the customer service. After the Easter holidays, I called Berlin in the morning in a panic, suspecting bedbugs in our apartment, and was able to speak to Mr. Sander. His calm manner alone helped me to calm down again. After I had described the situation to him, he first asked me for photos so that he could make an initial assessment. After I sent him the photos, he called me back immediately and was fortunately able to give me the all-clear. As I was still quite nervous and tense, he patiently answered my questions and concerns and explained a few things to me. He was also very open when he told me how much a possible bedbug treatment would cost and which partners he might work with for support (bedbug dogs). Last but not least, he offered me the opportunity to contact him at any time with further questions or photos. I couldn't have wished for a better conversation in our situation!
