We were looking for a local advisor because personal contact is important to us. It was more by chance that we came across Mr. Falk from Versicherungswerk and we were not disappointed. Everything went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. Our questions were answered in detail and we were not talked into anything that was not necessary. It is uncomplicated to reach Mr. Falk or Mrs. Eckardt by phone and then to bring up one's concern (in this case car insurance, but we have already been customers for many years with other insurances, e.g. house and property ... customer of Gothaer). Attentive listening, very fast and friendly advice and processing - and just personally, not anonymously via the Internet. I at least am very happy about "human contacts"!!! And I can imagine that I am not alone in this.

Thorsten Falk ist ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Zeitgenosse! Ein Typ, mit dem man Klartext sprechen kann, aber ebenso auch ein Schwätzchen halten. Ich arbeite täglich mit Teilnehmern der Versicherungsbranche zusammen, die Arbeit mit Torsten war für mich jedoch ein besonderes Erlebnis. So viel Potenzial für eine tolle Arbeit mit seiner Zielgruppe (Handwerk und insbesondere Baugewerbe) habe ich selten erlebt.
