Tim is just awesome. I've been on the spot for so long, and felt like I've tried everything to lose weight. Not only have I never been able to maintain a consistent weight through countless diets, but I've had incredible stomach problems as a result. I am so grateful that a friend of mine recommended Tim. I am now where I wanted to be at 54kg. Plus, I can eat everything again with no health restrictions. Thanks a million Tim! With you it's easy to see that you know what you're doing, and you work around all kinds of problems so that people feel well taken care of. The least I can do is to give you a good rating here. You have one more fan in any case!

Tim Assmann is an exclusive and very empathetic trainer. It worked with him from the beginning, although I am/was not an "easy" case. I am 30 KG overweight and as a volunteer firefighter I have zero fitness at the beginning. Now I have a red thread and really got back the desire to eat and work out. My burnout and my elbow fracture were not easy but Tim always knows how to help me. It's fun to train and the apps are mega easy to use. I like the personal touch #meTime .... with him is worth every penny. #bestPersonalTrainer❤️

I constantly lost my steadfastness when I wanted to do something for myself and my body. This has always disappointed me very much. That's why I'm so happy to have Tim Assmann for three months, because now I have a permanent professional contact, which I can contact at any time when my inner bastard is on strike again. You get a great build-up and are brought to your desired goal with a lot of good knowledge and energy!

The training with Tim was definitely worth it! Due to my home office and a lot of stress at work, I put on quite a bit of weight last year, and then getting up to work out instead of relaxing at home and spending time with my two daughters somehow never worked out so that I also see success. Not to mention the diet.

Tim did a really good job of picking me up and putting together workouts with me that I enjoyed and that motivated me. The coaching sessions also helped me move forward. We analyzed my diet and talked a lot about what is healthy and what I can/should eat. Having my own app has worked great.

Besides my continuing education, it was one of the best investments in myself, I feel fit, lost 7 kilos and have more energy throughout the day. In the meantime, I no longer feel like sitting on the couch in the evening, but prefer to go out in the weather and do something with the family. I can only recommend Tim!

I especially like the online sessions. This gives you the opportunity to train with a trainer without having to meet directly.
I can use the time planning more effectively this way. Tim Assmann is also very flexible in terms of scheduling. That and his empathy regarding my inner pig dog make it possible for me to get my act together sooner. Thanks for that, thanks to the nutrition plan and regular training I have already lost over 20 kg.
I can only recommend TimAssmann and look forward to my next lesson with him.

Tim was very professional and perfectly responsive to my needs. He picked me up at my (un-) athletic level and motivated and challenged me. I have always felt very comfortable and in good hands. When I have expressed wishes, he has adapted the training and his behavior without discussion and has followed my path at my pace. He identified some of my body's weak points and helped work on them. He taught me how to jog, cross lift, squats and quite a few other exercises. I can now work out at home and at the gym. Tim took me by the hand at the start of my athletic journey and will soon lead me to my stated goal. That being said, I will continue to work with him as there are many more goals to come. I trust his expertise and know full well that I can and will achieve these goals with him by my side.
