Tina is a very empathetic and warm person. At the same time, she has a wonderful openness and is not afraid to say unpleasant things or speak plainly. As a coach, she is incredibly motivating, very flexible and totally committed to ensuring that her coachees gain added value for themselves. When it comes to lipoedema, it's a blessing to be understood by your coach and to be able to share in her experiences. All in all, a great, rewarding and enriching coaching session at eye level.

I can only recommend Tina's coaching to anyone affected. Before the coaching, I was in a lot of pain due to lipoedema, which severely restricted my everyday life and drained me of an incredible amount of energy. With Tina's help, I lost 8 kg in six months and learned a lot about nutrition and my nutritional mistakes. The pain has not completely disappeared, but it has improved considerably. I am enjoying exercise again and have been able to make peace with my body and my "wayward legs" that carry me through life. The magical yoga classes with Sarah have helped me a lot. In addition, all of Tina's trainers are also affected by lipoedema and are therefore great role models for making your way with this condition. Each in her own way.

I got my diagnosis of lymphedema/lipedema about 2 years ago...and then the chaos really started...I did some research on the internet and luckily I came across Tina Schwarz...someone who also has lipedema and knows what she is talking about...than all the others...some of them unfortunately also doctors who have no plan...just lose 10-20 kg and it will get better....
I then arranged the free initial consultation relatively quickly and that was the best thing I could have done...after a little time to think about it, I decided to go for the coaching...of course it's not cheap...but let's be honest...how much money have we all spent on diets or gyms that we can't keep up anyway? And nowhere have I had such a great, competent and almost always accessible contact? Nowhere...and if you can't reach Tina on whatever channel .... she always gets back to you. Even when it came to compression stockings, she gave me better advice than my GP🙈 Sport was hard for me at first...but it's so much fun because Tina is in the same boat as me, as are the other girls in the coaching sessions, and that motivates you as soon as you notice success...and if you can't be there live...you can catch up at a time that suits you...the advantage of online coaching...I can only warmly recommend Tina to anyone who suffers from this diagnosis....
She even has recipes that are mega great and delicious...

I already noticed noticeable success after the first 3 weeks (virtually no more pain, no more night-time hunger pangs, hardly any thirsty sleep disorders). I also think it's great that you don't have to do without anything. So you can also implement it in the long term. Dear Tina, thank you very much for your support over the last six months. You have taught me to take myself and my body seriously and to listen to it. I have lost a whole 8 kg and already feel super good.

Tina helped me to establish routines and analyze bad habits.
She was available at all times - it was almost scary how quickly she wrote back.
Not moralizing, but with a lot of empathy and always with her own personal experiences, which are very valuable to me.

Even though I did not participate in the coaching of dear Tina, she literally changed my life for the better. Tina was there for me almost around the clock, because she almost always answered my questions via WhatsApp almost immediately. Mostly very detailed via voice message. I found that particularly good. The one-on-one meetings also help a lot. I was only able to participate in the sports program at the beginning for health reasons. It's a shame, because it's very versatile and fun. I didn't lose as much weight as I had hoped, but when it came to my measurements, it was a miraculous change. No wonder, because of rehab and weight training because of my back problems, I have now built up more muscle, which weighs more than fat. At the weekly regulars' table I was able to exchange ideas with the other participants and learn a lot. Many things are easier when others are or were confronted with the same problems and solutions are presented. You feel better right away and there were many "aha" moments. So it's all positive. I will definitely continue with what I have learned and wish Tina and her great team all the best.

I started with Tina at an absolute low point. The anger towards me at this point was enormous.

The path to learning that the number of kilos on the scale is not necessarily the priority, but to change the diet, to create and consolidate routines and, above all, to integrate exercise and have fun with it was partly idle. But crowned with success!

After I decided to take the step to liposuction, it was clear to me that I must first work on myself before I put myself on the operating table. In search of coaching that would make me stronger to go the way of liposuction as well as to master life afterwards, I landed with Tina in January 2023.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Tina's coaching to any lipedema sufferer. From the first second on I felt well taken care of and understood. This is due on the one hand to Tina's warm and open manner, but of course also to the fact that she, as a person affected, simply understands when you are having a bad day or how pain can pull you down.
For me, the focus was and is in the area of weight reduction and eating behavior. To date, my relationship with food was totally dysfunctional. Grocery shopping was a total stress for me.
Thanks to Tina I have learned step by step that eating can be fun.
- eating can be fun,
- that doing without doesn't have to be,
- shopping does not have to degenerate into psychological stress and
- no one judges me by the contents of my shopping cart.
I am on the right track. The number on the scale doesn't stress me out like it used to. Because, thanks to Tina's holistic coaching, I have been able to very visibly reduce my circumferences in almost all areas over the last six months.

Tina made me feel understood, appreciated and very well taken care of from the very beginning. Tina sympathized with me and at the same time pushed me to overcome my inner obstacle. With her I learned to move again and what my body - oh miracle - can still do. I learned a lot about lipedema and everything around it, from compression to nutrition to MLD and surgery. The online workouts are just great, very versatile and the trainers are totally responsive to the participants. On the subject of nutrition, I actually thought I already knew everything (at least in theory...). However, Tina was able to teach me a few new things and that led to the desired success.
