It has still been a very eventful journey for me and I am incredibly grateful for the way of coaching, which has ensured that I can enjoy great success both professionally and privately.

Tino Kählke is exceptional in his field and has helped me enormously in dealing with complex problems. He not only identified my problems quickly, but also analyzed them thoroughly and reformulated them into concrete recommendations for action that are easy to understand and clear.

What particularly impressed me was his ability to open up new perspectives. He is always open to new ideas and approaches, which enabled me to identify fresh approaches and generate new thought patterns. His structured approach has given me the feeling of being on top of things and has helped me to define, take and maintain the line of march step by step. Tino is extremely reliable and professional in his work and thus gave me a lot of confidence.

Tino Kählke is flexible and super pleasant to work with. He is empathetic and personable, which helped me build a trusting relationship. I would especially like to emphasize his ability to detect possible blockages and to offer decided steps to dissolve them. Here he shows his creative vein and responds individually to me and my needs. His patience and understanding have always encouraged me. Can't be done, doesn't exist with Tino. If one approach doesn't work, he offers an alternative from his almost infinite toolbox. Especially at the difficult and/or painful process steps for a coachee, where I would fail without support and have to leave the comfort zone, for example, Tino stays on the ball and doesn't let up, he encourages and always offers alternatives.

Overall, I am totally grateful for the collaboration with Tino Kählke. His special qualities and skills have helped me to develop personally. I can therefore warmly recommend him and am sure that he can and will also be an excellent help to other people in their individual life situations and private or professional problems.

Why? Open communication at eye level as well as absolute honesty about himself make the collaboration so constructive. At the same time, his unsparing insights from the outside and the "pigs" he has conquered himself help a lot to motivate himself and to accept and implement his advice also on a personal level - in addition to his high professional competence.
