But what good are great and many offers if they are then not available and in stock as promised? The website does not indicate when cartridges are not available (at least this was the case with my order). The statement there was that I would get my goods delivered immediately.
After 4 days of waiting, I called (after the continuous loop of more than 20 minutes), with the result that my desired item was probably not in stock, but might arrive soon. One day later, I received an email that the goods were unfortunately not yet available and that they did not know when this would change.
I transferred the invoice amount for the goods at the end of November.
Since I needed the cartridge urgently, I looked for another supplier and cancelled my order here. I am waiting for the refund of my paid amount after several requests for refund by phone and email until now in vain (for almost 4 weeks). I am only put off with automated mails. The customer service is automated and not customer-oriented.
I can no longer recommend.
