I started Self Mastery because I sensed that something within me had been lying dormant, something that had always been overshadowed by my external successes. Intuitively, I was searching for a deeper sense of connection and authenticity, and I no longer wanted to avoid that feeling of inadequacy. I longed for authenticity and knew that money couldn’t be the solution to everything.

Unfortunately, I spent a long time looking in the wrong places and believed that the more successful I became, the more fulfilled I would eventually feel. However, through Tom’s story and his background, I felt drawn to his message from the very beginning, even though I also sensed some inner resistance. After several attempts, I finally decided to take the plunge, thanks in part to the very trusting and transparent conversations we had beforehand. I’m really excited about working with Tom. What stands out to me most is that our conversations give me the space to make mistakes and to expose my false beliefs and certain reaction patterns. I visited Tom in Mallorca and was surprised how much more intense and transformative the work on site was ... the Zoom sessions are an extreme help and yet it was on a whole other level in person.

For several weeks before the coaching, I felt apathetic and consequently no longer performed as a salesperson, which was actually my standard. This in turn brought me down even further.

We got to the bottom of this together on the very first day and were able to resolve this pattern. Tom has the special ability to see things that you don't recognize yourself. Even if you try to sell your own stories or excuses, he sees through it immediately and confronts you with it ... which is not always pleasant in the moment, but in retrospect ALWAYS the better way.

In my case, after the on-site event in Mallorca, I had absolute clarity again as to what triggered the apathy in my case and how I can free myself from emotional lows that sometimes seem insurmountable on my own.

I don't normally write reviews unless I'm unhappy, but as the visit with Tom really did help me a lot, I wanted to share it here too.

The sessions with Tom have helped me in a way I never thought possible. I got to know Tom during several group sessions and had no idea that we would meet again at exactly the right moment to discuss my issues in individual sessions.
I am quite open-minded, have previous experience with therapeutic support and thought that it would be the same or similar now, just with a different person, online and declared as coaching. Tom quickly showed me that I was very wrong in my assumption and applied his unique style to our conversations. My wonderfully self-built house of cards would probably have collapsed with others, but with Tom I was able to strengthen it and now know how I can continue to work on it in the future. It's fascinating how relaxed these conversations were and how much impact they still have in the end.

Tom doesn't sugarcoat anything. He also likes to tell you the truth, even if it is sometimes unpleasant for you (Speaking of: creating your own reality). I really appreciate that about him! He has a really great, warm way of getting that across.

I was skeptical about Tom.

I had always watched his developments in recent years with interest.

But I was also skeptical.

I'm not the type to voluntarily ride in groups. Especially not to connect with strangers. I prefer to keep to myself. And that's exactly why I almost said no when Tom told me about his Self-Mastery Experience.

But somehow we made a kind of deal beforehand: if I win new clients with his help, I'll come to Mallorca with him. I thought to myself "why not?" - but more because of the business part. I had no idea what was actually in store for me.

I came across Tom and Self Mastery by chance (or fate?) during a very difficult phase in which everything was simply in chaos, both privately and professionally. Caught up in my thought carousel and the feeling of hopelessness, Tom not only helped me to bring structure to it, but also to recognize who I am, what I want deep down inside, what blockages are holding me back and how I can overcome them. I had been thinking and analyzing for a long time.

In my previous jobs as a coach, we had training days at more or less regular intervals where external speakers brought us closer to their core topics. Tom was one of these speakers at the time.

I was on the road with Tom twice for a total of three months, whereby he was primarily a guest mentor the first time. What I found particularly inspiring and inspiring about working with Tom was that the darkest and most taboo topics and facets were simply given space. I met Tom at the beginning of the year through Sandra. I was first contacted by the World Mastery world when I spoke to Sandra and Tom. I had already realized that it was important for me to learn the language they spoke, not a foreign language but to understand the key words they used in order to be able to immerse myself in this world. When working with Tom, I quickly realized that I can deal with topics that trigger certain feelings in me in order to find out what feeling is actually behind it and what the experience I am in is trying to tell me. I also noticed that there had already been several situations with different people that had repeated themselves in a similar way.
