Operations are tight and data transparency is strong. Could use faster response times on weekends. But the performance and professionalism outweigh that. My store grew from 8k to 31k monthly revenue after five months.

The service is good but not magic. My store took longer to grow than I hoped. They didn’t oversell though. They told me upfront that scaling depends on product discovery cycles. Communication was respectful. I’m staying onboard but going in with a long term mindset.

I was skeptical of the whole “done for you” model until I saw the reporting dashboards. They actually show you product-level profitability and weekly action plans. It felt like a professional operator was handling things while I stayed focused on capital allocation. The first store hit breakeven in month five. Good communication and the team feels sharp.

TrendHijacking handled the acquisition side smoothly... I liked that they screened multiple deals and explained why some were rejected. The onboarding was slower than I expected, but once operations kicked in, performance stabilized. Solid partner if you have patience and realistic expectations.
