Went to Polster Trösser in Cologne Porz on 21.06.24 just to have a look around without intending to buy. We are an existing customer and have already purchased leather armchairs and a living area from Trösser years ago. We were then undecided but interested in a seating group (triple and double couch). We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Mr. Pierre Lübke as soon as we entered the store and were able to view all the furniture at our leisure. Mr. Lübke then answered all our questions competently and compared them with the other seating groups and leather variants. After a short price negotiation, the result was the spontaneous purchase of the Trösser own-brand Cuoio seating group. We are now looking forward to our new seating furniture and can highly recommend Mr. Pierre Lübke. He is friendly, competent and professional, but you don't feel pressured into buying anything. This is my second purchase from Trösser. My experience was and is very positive.
The furniture purchased is in stock, the standard would have been in stock. The delivery time for stock items is 1-2 weeks.
