Uplink as a Slack-based platform is great, super lean and integrates well with my worklife. The automated submission for projects is great as well.

Uplink as a broker/intermediary is extremely fair in comparison to other platforms in terms of their commission.

Uplink as a community is great as well. There is active daily discussion including many pointers for freelancers at different stages.

Uplink is a highly automated community for finding jobs. The automation works fluently and the personal support is fast and friendly. I found multiple jobs through them, and always they were culture wise a perfect fit as well.

I acquired two freelance jobs through Uplink. The process was easy, fast and transparent. I also think their pricing model is very fair, only taking a percentage for the first 6 months and not forever like most other recruiters.
