Herr Urban ist sehr kompetent, immer höflich und äußerst Hilfsbereit. Er antwortete stehst zeitnah auf alle meine Fragen und erledigte alles anfallende ohne mein Zutun. Einfach perfekt.
Ich dachte nicht, dass ein Wohnungsverkauf so einfach wäre. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Herrn Urban. Vor allem für seinen Tipp, mit dem Verkauf noch 1 1/2 Jahre zu warten um mir viele Steuern zu ersparen. Alle andern Makler wollten die Wohnung schnell verkaufen und dachten nur an ihr Honorar.
