I make a recommendation because I don't have to worry about anything myself. If, for example, an insurer's premium is about to increase, the broker already takes care of finding a cheaper insurance policy. That's a great service.

The customer service is prompt and reliable! I think it's great that Mr. Wallbaum approached me to offer innovations or better/cheaper rates. I was not used to that from other insurance advisors.
